These are personal stories told from my point of view and my memory. Some names and identifying details are changed. Nothing here is advice of any kind.

The stories and the site's design are © Elk2.com. The photos are stock images used under their own licenses. You're welcome to share links to any page and to quote a few lines with a link back. Please don't copy, republish or sell whole stories, or use them to train AI models, without written permission.

If you write to me through the contact form or at stories@elk2.com, I won't publish your message or any part of it without asking you first. How I handle messages is described in the Privacy Policy.

Other services

The email list is provided by Grow (Mediavine), and some links lead to other sites. Those services have their own terms, and I'm not responsible for them.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any damages from using it.
